JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The role involves leading development teams, designing scalable backend systems, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions
- Guide and mentor development teams, promoting best coding practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
- Review code, conduct technical discussions, and drive continuous improvement

### **Required Skills:**

- Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- 7+ years in software development with 2+ years in a leadership role
