Description:
• Define and drive the OCM strategy and roadmap aligned with program objectives and business transformation goals.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and change implications across functions.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Lead impact analysis for processes, systems (3DEXPERIENCE), and user roles.
• Design and deliver training strategies, learning plans, and user enablement programs.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and leadership teams to ensure smooth adoption and transition.
• Monitor change adoption metrics, resistance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
